Our pride and joy has been producing top guality hams for over 100 years. All our hams start with the same old-fashioned no water added process we have used for five generations. Each is delicately cured with our own special recipe. Then we slowly cook our hams with a natural hardwood smoke that creates a beautifully textured meat with unmatched flavor.

This is the most recent addition to our line. It is made from our own specialty cured ham (absolutely no water added) which is then spiral cut and hand glazed with our secret blend of honey and spices. It is elegant on the dinner table and so easy to prepare. Just heat and serve. This is probably the best ham you will ever taste.
